Pedro is currently a Platform Solutions Consultant for DoubleClick Search at Google, working with the largest UK media agencies in London and top tier customers such as Vodafone, MINI, SKY, Lyca Mobile, AXA and GoCompare. 

After a jump start as a Trade & Marketing Analyst at Danone, he moved after 2 years to Google where he worked for 3 years mainly as an Online Account Manager for Google AdWords on developing the online advertising strategy of small established businesses and new ventures, side by side with their owners. 

Passionate by the online movement, Pedro believes that finding the right approach to a digital marketing strategy is key to understand the market and product performance through each channel. 

His move to Google however also gave him a great perspective on the human challenge that represents creating a such work environment and has given him the right perspective to pass on this experience to others. 

During his time at Google, between numerous projects, he was also a mentor, managed service providers and developed a set of initiatives to further develop and sophisticate online accounts allowing them to get extra return on their investment on paid advertising.

Pedro believes his contributions to the Beta-I Lisbon Challenge programme can go from sharing his perspective on Digital Advertising topics like Channel Selection, Content Management, Web Analytics and Attribution, and to advise on how to set up a motivational and uncomfortably exciting work environment.
