Onboarding week covering program details, meeting the teams, staff and mentors. Large focus on founders and culture & defining where startups are in their life cycle.

Bootcamp are two weeks of intensive acceleration covering all the main areas (product, tech, growth, sales, investment etc) through workshops, mentoring, pitching & goal setting. The best performing startups with strong execution capacity will pass to the next phase.

Startups that passed the Bootcamp phase will continue to accelerate for 6 weeks in a hands-off approach. Weekly meetings with mentors are mandatory as well as reporting weekly goals.

Demo week is dedicated at prepping startups for fundraising with hands-on support on pitch practice and investment decks. Ends with Demo Day for startups that are investment ready, closed event where startups are matched with investors.

After Lisbon Challenge all startups belong to the Beta-i Alumni Program which is a network of over 320 startups. The program is dedicated at continuing to support startups through: Investment, Network & Exposure. & Roadshow.
