Luis Calado joined SurveyMonkey in January 2011 and discovered his passion for the tech startup environment. Luis is now an expert on SurveyMonkey’ s platform and handles advanced customer use cases. Currently holds a senior role in SurveyMonkey’ s Customer Engagement team and acts as a mentor for the International team based in Europe. His great performance was recognized in 2013 with the opportunity to work for a period of time in the company US offices where he broadened his knowledge of SurveyMonkey’ s business and functions. Before joining SurveyMonkey, Luis studied Management in Madeira and the Czech Republic. Luis will graduate from the Masters in International Management at ISCTE, Lisbon, later this year.
