Alistair joined Skyscanner after Zoombu, the travel search engine he co-founded with Rachel Evatt, was acquired by Skyscanner in 2010. Alistair is an active member of the Edinburgh, London and Oxford start-up communities, frequently presenting on the challenges of scaling technology and building a great product. At home, when he isn’t playing around with tech, he learns history and languages, cooks and sails dinghies. Alistair never travels without “Some knowledge of the language, it can help to keep me out of trouble and the locals really appreciate it”!
