Mougli, the online appointment platform for local businesses and Lisbon Challenge Alumni, was acquired by GoodBarber. This is the first exit from a Lisbon Challenge alumni and we bet this is just the beginning for the awesome team from Mougli.

Mougli, the startup that won the Lisbon Challenge Spring’14 competition, have just let us know that they got acquired by GoodBarber. GoodBarber is a UK based company that enables people to create and customize mobile apps, with no code involved. “Since we first met with Gaspard & Bruno, the founders of Mougli, we knew something great would happen between our companies.” says GoodBarber on their official announcement. GoodBarber will now use Mougli’s technology “to provide businesses with powerful booking and scheduling services inside their apps” as they state on their own website.

However, this is just the beginning for co-founders Bruno and Garpard as they are coming back with a new startup, called Day After Day, and they will be joining us for the Lisbon Challenge Spring’15. Congratulations to their talented team for making this acquisition possible and we’re sure that Day After Day has the potential to be even bigger.
