Emanuel holds a master in Industrial Engineering from IST, with a thesis on solar PV energy. He also holds an MBA from Insead (Singapore and France). Before joining ESV, in 2014, he worked for 7 years as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, in Europe and Brazil. He also worked at IZET (a German high-tech business incubator), did courses in Silicon Valley and at Warton, won performance awards and founded and led his own start-up in the world of online marketing.
At ES Ventures, Emanuel is preparing the deal flow for a new seed-focused tech transfer fund, while also supporting the management of some energy, payment systems and internet companies of ES Ventures’ portfolio. Emanuel is absolutely passionate for entrepreneurship. He loves the vibes of fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and ambitious teams and settings – and he puts all of his energies into working together with promoters to make things happen.
