After a jump start as an Account Manager at Europe's leading performance agencies, and Country Sales Manager at a large eCommerce, he moved to UsabilityTools to develop a sales process, online strategy and create a sales team from the ground up.
Being the part of UsabilityTools, Jacob has been mentoring and advising Startups on usability, user experience, conversion optimization and sales processes. Being passionate about SaaS and Sales, Jacob is constantly finding new ways to ensure startup success by finding the best ways to put the UX in line with companies' sales processes.
