Beatrice de Mahieu

Beatrice de Mahieu is a Belgian entrepreneur and strategy consultant. She is also Board Member and investment Committee Expert at Internet Attitude, a private equity fund that accompanies financially and strategically start-ups in the Internet and new technologies sector.
During her career, she had the opportunity to participate in the development and growth strategy of major telecommunication and media companies. After several years at Microsoft, she decided to focus her career in coaching and mentoring start-ups in their investment, growth and strategy, and also joined as investment expert and member of the board one of the major investment partners and funds in Belgium. Part-time living in Portugal, she collaborates in various entrepreneurial ecosystem initiatives in Brussels, Antwerp, Lisbon and São Paulo. In September 2013, she launches The Pimento Map, a book and website that offers an objective business model evaluation system that helps entrepreneurs and investors in measuring their success.
